Board Member
Laurie Madigan is a dedicated HR leader who brings deep expertise and compassion to her work with Betrayal Project USA (BPUSA). She holds a Master’s in Labor and Industrial Relations from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University, and is recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Laurie drives strategic support in legal compliance, audits, restructuring, and total HR. She works collaboratively to develop policies and practices that reduce regulatory non-compliance and is highly skilled at finding efficiencies that benefit all stakeholders. Laurie is committed to creating positive change and upholding integrity at every level.
Laurie lost her beloved husband to the COVID-19 Hospital Protocols. She prides herself on connecting people through their tragedy, speaking out to create awareness, and working with other advocacy groups for legislative change.
Her passion for accountability and advocacy makes her a valued voice on the BPUSA board.
