YOUR STORY BELONGS IN WASHINGTON
Official Hospital Protocol Statement Submission
If you lost a loved one to hospital protocols—or if you survived them—now is the time to make your voice heard.
Senator Ron Johnson is requesting official statements from survivors and families of victims for the upcoming COVID Hospital Protocol Roundtable in Washington, D.C. Even if you previously submitted your story elsewhere, you must submit it through Senator Johnson’s official website for review. We have been waiting for a moment like this for years. We believe justice begins with recognition and this is just the beginning.
Submission Deadline is August 28th, 2026, for those who want to testify.
Your statement must:
- Be one page and no more than 600 words.
- Present a clear, factual account of what happened.
- Be prepared to provide any evidence such as photos, documents, records, etc if you have them.
- Avoid inflammatory terms such as the “Murder” or political statements.
- Include only your own experience and not broad information about others.
- Be uploaded as a PDF.
- Be submitted through a completed online application with every required section showing green.
SUBMIT YOUR OFFICIAL STATEMENT
You will need to create an account, answer the required questions, and upload your statement. Including if you are willing to travel at your own expense to speak. Senator Johnson’s office will contact individuals who are selected to speak.
Come to Washington D.C.
We strongly encourage survivors and families of victims to attend, even if you are not selected to speak.
Stand together. Bring photographs of your loved one. Let the nation see the faces behind these stories. Fill the room and make your presence known. Our numbers matter, and no family should have to stand alone. The room itself holds 300 people and there will be overflow rooms set up.
