Injected Without Consent: David Halm’s Story
David Halm’s story is not simply about a vaccine injury. It is about what he describes as a violation of his bodily autonomy, a moment that changed his life in an instant.
In his own words, David recounts going to a dental appointment expecting routine care. He did not go there for a COVID shot. He did not schedule a vaccination appointment. He did not present himself at a pharmacy clinic or public health site. He says he went to see his dentist.
And according to David, that dentist injected him with the COVID vaccine.
What he describes in his testimony is confusion, shock, and disbelief. He maintains that he did not knowingly consent to receive the shot in that setting. There was no clear, thorough informed consent process as he understood it. No transparent discussion of risks. No deliberate, voluntary decision made with full understanding. Instead, David says he was injected, and only later realized what had happened.
David explains that after the injection, his health began to deteriorate. Symptoms emerged that he had never experienced before. He describes a cascade of physical issues that disrupted his daily life and left him searching for answers. The man who walked into that office expecting routine care found himself grappling with new, frightening health challenges.
In his testimony, David shares the frustration of trying to be heard in a system that seemed unwilling to consider his claims. He filed complaints with multiple agencies and professional boards. He reported what he says happened. He documented his experience. He followed official channels, believing that if something improper occurred, oversight bodies would intervene.
Instead, he says he faced silence and bureaucratic barriers.
David’s story underscores a core issue that should transcend politics: informed consent is not optional. It is foundational. Every patient has the right to understand what is being administered to their body, the risks involved, and to freely accept or refuse without pressure, coercion, or deception. When that line is crossed, whether through confusion, misrepresentation, or outright disregard, trust in the entire medical system fractures.
He survived. But survival does not erase the trauma of what he believes was done without his consent, nor does it undo the lasting impact on his health.
Today, David speaks out not because it is easy, but because he believes silence allows these experiences to be dismissed or repeated. He wants accountability. He wants transparency. And he wants other people to know that if something feels wrong, they are not alone in questioning it.
