Our guiding principles reflect the heart of our movement and embody truth, integrity, compassion, and courage. These values shape every decision we make and every action we take in pursuit of justice and transparency.

  1. We Speak with Truth and Purpose
  • We share our stories or silence with intention, never pressure others to disclose or  relive their pain.
  • We do not judge those who choose not to publicly share; every victim or survivor has  their own valid reasons and timing.
  • We use our voices to illuminate truth, not to harm or dominate others. We speak to expose institutional betrayal and affirm the truth of the harm done.
  1. We Honor Every Survivor or Victims Path
  • We recognize that healing is not linear, and each person’s journey is valid. We do not compare suffering or create hierarchies of trauma.
  • We do not sanitize, diminish, or trivialize their grief as their stories are the bedrock of  our mission.
  1. We Uphold Mutual Respect
  • We treat one another with dignity, even when we disagree.
  • We do not tolerate personal attacks, bullying, threats, or gaslighting—online or  offline.
  1. We Listen to Understand, Not to Control
  • We create space for honest dialogue and different perspectives.
  • We avoid shouting, interrupting, or monopolizing conversations.
  • We listen carefully and strive to understand before we respond.
  1. We Protect Emotional Safety
  • We do not disclose another person’s story, identity, or private communication  without permission.
  • We do not disclose non-public facing data publicly or to third parties without your  consent and explicit permission from the Board.
  • We keep shared spaces emotionally safe by practicing empathy and self awareness.
  • We do not tolerate bullying, trolling, or other disruptive behavior in Support Group  calls, chat groups, X Spaces, Facebook Groups, or other platforms.
  1. We Respect Boundaries and Consent
  • Whether in conversation, collaboration, or care, we seek and honor consent.
  • We do not pressure others into emotional labor, advocacy, or support roles they are  not prepared to hold.
  1. We Represent This Community with Integrity
  • When speaking publicly, we clarify whether we are sharing a personal perspective or  representing the organization.
  • We do not exploit our position in this community for personal gain or influence. 8. We Hold Ourselves and Each Other Accountable
  • We welcome questions and appropriate corrections and acknowledge harm when it  occurs.
  • When conflict arises, we handle it with humility, clarity, and a willingness to make  things right.
  1. We Name What Happened And Refuse to Forget
  • What happened under pretext of the public health and “for the greater good” was  not an accident but rather acts of institutional betrayal, systemic harm and often  state-incentivized homicide.
  • We do not accept any effort to minimize, excuse, obscure, or offer absolution for  these truths. We will never forget.
  1. We Preserve, Publish, Archive, and Pursue Accountability
  • We preserve the testimonies of eyewitnesses as a matter of historical record and  evidence of crimes against humanity.
  • We record, publish, and archive eyewitness accounts to ensure that they cannot be  erased, rewritten, or memory-holed.
  • We pursue accountability on behalf of the silenced, the censored, the harmed, and  the dead.
