General Information & Mission

What is the Betrayal Project USA?

The Betrayal Project USA is a national, victim-led nonprofit organization dedicated to exposing institutional and medical betrayal, including deadly COVID hospital protocols, government overreach, and medical coercion.

Are you a registered nonprofit?

Yes. Betrayal Project USA is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) charitable organization (EIN: 33-4703302). You can find our filing documents on the IRS Website for Non-Profit organizations.

Why was the Betrayal Project USA formed?

The organization was created by survivors and family members of hospital protocol victims seeking accountability for the most egregious crimes, after previous initiatives failed to prioritize victim voices, maintain transparency and effectively accomplish desired goals. It is an organization built by victims, for victims.

What does the organization mean by “institutional betrayal”?

It refers to harm caused by trusted institutions such as hospital workers, government agencies both local and federal, and pharmaceutical companies who violated public trust under the guise of the “COVID-19 pandemic” through harmful policies, protocols and countermeasures that were based on a profitable financial agenda. While that is our main focus, we recognize that this did not start with COVID and will not end with COVID. Hence, we remain vigilant to respond to other initiatives that threaten medical freedom.

What is your main mission?

Our mission is to document and preserve victim testimonies, educate the public, pursue accountability and justice, and ensure harmful medical policies are never repeated. See more information about our mission on betrayalprojectusa.org

What makes your organization different from some other health freedom groups?

We are victim-led, survivor-driven, and focused on firsthand accounts, ensuring that those most impacted are tasked to lead the movement.

I’ve already shared my story with another organization. Should I still submit it to Betrayal Project USA?

Absolutely. We encourage you to share your story with as many organizations and platforms as possible. Every voice matters, and the more places it’s heard, the more impact it can make. While we often promote and share interviews done on other platforms, we do not use or republish stories from other organizations due to copyright and formatting requirements. By submitting your story directly to Betrayal Project USA, you allow us to create a unique, dedicated interview that is part of our own historical record, advocacy work, and outreach efforts. Contact us if you have further questions on our story gathering process.

Is Betrayal Project connected to other groups such as CHBMP, or FormerFeds Group?

No. Betrayal Project USA is an independent, victim-led nonprofit founded by survivors and family members who experienced hospital protocol harm firsthand. While some of our board members previously volunteered with other groups like CHBMP or FormerFeds Group, we chose to form Betrayal Project USA to ensure the mission remained grounded in the voices and priorities of victims and their families. We honor the efforts of others in this movement and believe every voice and initiative matters. Our decision to establish a separate organization was not about division, but about creating a focused, transparent, and collaborative space led by those directly impacted.

Does Betrayal Project USA work with other organizations?

Yes. Betrayal Project proudly collaborates with many individuals and organizations within the medical freedom and health advocacy space. We are committed to working alongside partners who share our mission to expose institutional betrayal, support victims, and pursue accountability and reform. This movement is stronger when we stand together and we welcome opportunities for aligned collaboration. If you have an organization or know of an organization, we should collaborate with please contact us at email@betrayalprojectusa.org

What is your long-term vision?

We envision an end to deadly hospital protocols, harmful shots, medical coercion and institutional betrayal, reforming healthcare systems, protecting informed consent, and ensuring the victims are never forgotten and these atrocities are never repeated. See our Org By-Laws on our website for more information.

Advocacy and Action

How is Betrayal Project USA taking action against harmful hospital protocols?

Betrayal Project USA is taking action by elevating survivor and victim stories, raising public awareness, and pushing for systemic change. We do this through:

  • Testimonies and documentation that expose patterns of institutional betrayal.
  • Educational campaigns to inform the public about what really happened in hospitals during COVID and beyond.
  • Media outreach to break through censorship and bring national attention to the issue.
  • Collaboration with advocacy and lobbying groups to challenge harmful laws and support policy reform.
  • Historical preservation of evidence to ensure the truth is never erased or forgotten.

Our mission is to hold systems accountable, protect future patients, and empower families with truth and tools to advocate for change.

How does the organization document COVID-related crimes and abuses?

Through victim testimony, eyewitness accounts, medical records, and investigative reporting—archived on our website for public access and historical preservation.

What are hospital “protocol deaths”?

Hospital protocol deaths refer to the loss of life caused by standardized, government-incentivized COVID treatment protocols that prioritized profit over patient care. These included the denial of early or effective treatments, forced isolation, sedation, aggressive ventilator use, and the administration of harmful drugs like remdesivir—often without informed consent. Despite widespread harm, many of these dangerous protocols are still in use today and must be brought to an end. You can find more information by reading our Deadly Hospital Playbook.

Do you provide legal help?

While we don’t provide direct legal representation, we work closely with allies and legal advocacy groups who may assist victims seeking justice.

How do you fight censorship?

We leverage alternative media platforms, podcasts, X Spaces, and strategic campaigns to amplify victim stories and bypass corporate censorship.

Goals and Impact

What are your main advocacy goals?

Key goals include eliminating harmful financial incentives in healthcare, protecting informed consent, exposing institutional corruption, and supporting medical freedom.

What is your stance on vaccines and hospital protocols?

We believe every patient has the right to informed consent, honest risk–benefit disclosure, and the freedom to choose or refuse any medical intervention without coercion or penalty. We oppose harmful, incentive-driven hospital protocols and any mandates whether for drugs, ventilators, or vaccines. Mandates strip away patient rights and imply power the government does not have. We oppose any programs that provide immunity or amnesty and believe accountability and transparency are critical. Our work includes documenting injuries and deaths linked to COVID-19 hospital protocols and COVID shots, raising public awareness, and advocating for reforms that protect medical freedom and patient safety.

Why does the organization want to repeal the PREP Act?

Because it provides legal immunity to healthcare providers and institutions, which the organization believes has enabled harmful and unaccountable medical practices.

Are you politically affiliated?

We are nonpartisan but unapologetically advocate truth, transparency, and policies that protect medical freedom.

Do you host events or conferences?

Yes, we participate in national awareness campaigns, speaking engagements, and community events, and host virtual support group meetings weekly. If you would like to partner or help sponsor an event reach out to email@betrayalprojectusa.org
