Five days later, his heart stopped beating. The bright, athletic teenager collapsed on a basketball court, his life stolen in an instant by the very product he was told would save it. The cause: myocarditis, an enlarged heart — a known and deadly reaction now linked to the Pfizer vaccine.

For Ernest Ramirez Sr., that moment shattered his world. His only son, his pride and joy, his reason for everything — gone. Ernesto wasn’t just his child; he was his best friend. They did everything together, from fishing trips to baseball games, sharing dreams of the future that would never come. In a heartbeat, Ernest’s life changed forever. The heartbreak was unimaginable, but what came next deepened the wound: silence, denial, and censorship.
